Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- We do not stock items so from the date you sign off your bespoke order it will be dispatched to you within 20 working days (4 Weeks).
- You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your order to confirm your order details
- We will notify you as your order progresses with any update on delivery time.
- Please note that we cannot exchange or refund any of the following personalised items: club items, items with names; playing shirts that are player fit, long sleeved, numbered, and all sizes 3XL to 7XL.
STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES:
England, Wales & Scotland:
All orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch. The cost for this is £4.00.
MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist.

But there may be an occasion for one reason or another that you may need to exchange or return your purchase. If this is the case, please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition with all tags, and in their original packaging.

If you have an account please log your return through your 1895 Sports account under the ‘My Returns’ section. By filling in your details we will be able to organise your exchange to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Reason for the return and if you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

Internet orders can be returned to the above address. The return should be in its original packaging together with the returns slip and the bag should be sealed. Refunds will be processed by the Customer Service Department within two working days and exchanges sent out to you as soon as possible.
Please Note; Unless the items you received are faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on:
- All Jerseys Personalised with a Name, Number, Long Sleeves, Player Fit, or between Sizes 5XL – 7XL
- Any Personalised or made to order goods NB: This includes all team and club shop items
